We are small family business with our roots in the 1920’s, over the years we have ventured in all areas of the furniture trade including retail warehouses and trade supply over the entire country. In the eighties we decided to specialise in re-upholstery dealing mainly with private customers using our experience to supply a design service to renovate three piece suites. armchairs, dining chairs, stools, headboards and the like. In due course we found ourselves delving back into the commercial world of contract upholstery and our customer base includes the like of Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Axa Insurance many schools, care homes, public houses and many more, in conjunction with our private work we are able to offer a comprehensive service covering all aspects of the furniture trade.
We have been lucky over the years to have had some celebrity customers but our proudest moment was when we were asked to make the ornate cushion to carry the ashes of Sir Stephen Hawkin into Westminster Abbey at his memorial service,
We offer a friendly stress free service with no pressure selling offering fabrics at greatly reduced prices, we acknowledge that many customers need advice on designs and alterations or our complete repair service including replacement springs or the supply of new cushion interiors to re-vamp tired looking sofa’s and chairs and we are always happy to listen to any upholstery problems that our clients face,
